30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date — no questions asked.

This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions on first-time purchases.

How to Request a Refund

Our payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all refund requests directly. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Contact our support team at info@royalguardianfl.com and we will help facilitate your request.

Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation.
  • Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund — if you want a refund as well, please request one through Paddle as described above.

Duplicate Charges & Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or experienced a duplicate payment, contact Paddle through paddle.net or email us at info@royalguardianfl.com. Verified billing errors are corrected promptly.

Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Once a paid billing period begins, the 30-day money-back guarantee above applies.
